As a Certified Life Coach & Divorce Recovery Expert for the Divorce Navigator Program, I am honored and passionate about supporting women through divorce, a journey I personally experienced nearly twenty years ago. Lacking financial and legal guidance during my own divorce fueled my commitment to ensuring other women have the support they need. My goal is to empower women to make informed decisions for a secure future while providing compassionate guidance to help them regain confidence and clarity. As a contributor to the Divorce Navigator Program, I am honored to be part of a resource that offers high-quality information on divorce in one place, which is invaluable for women contemplating or going through divorce. Utilizing a divorce coach during my divorce was crucial. However, it is not a substitute for therapy, as coaches are not trained therapists and therapists are usually not divorce specialists. My experience inspired me to become a divorce coach alongside my role as a therapist. I am proud to be part of a program that empowers women with the knowledge and tools needed for this life transition.
